Madua, also known as finger millet grows well and naturally in the Himalaya and is an important crop due to its high nutritional values. Our Madua is sourced from rain-fed small farms and is grown traditionally. Our Madua flour is ground using a German holistic Zentrofan vortex flour mill thus preserving the nutrients. Madua is especially rich in calcium, proteins, minerals and fiber and is a recommended food for infants of six months. Madua flour can be used to make cakes, puddings, breads, rotis and porridge.
